Hi, anyone know anything about Sales Capture at Accenture? I’be been offered a role as sales enabler (role title is still unclear). The reason behind this is that I applied for a different job (SC) before the summer but didn’t get it, now they ask if I want to go into this role and they want to secure it soon. I know nothing about this role other than what the MD have described. They don’t have an ad for the position so I don’t know what I should think. Is it a good role or is it like a PA role?

I got email from LTI "Thank you for applying to LTIMindtree and going through our complete selection process" on 27 Sept but after 1 week I follow up on offer letter she said my approval got rejected due high expectation (35% hike ). We re-negotiate at 6 Oct (30% hike). Now they will release offer letter or not ?

It's been one week since I left my previous job, and while I loved it, the new position I took, not only bumped my salary for about 41% increase, its also fully remote and better benefits.

I do feel bad leaving my previous employer, but I'm happier, making more money, less stressful and at home.

I have offer from both Deloitte USI and KPMG global services.. Have planned to join KGS.. But Im confused now after looking at Deloitte hike posts 😕 😢

Need to vent..Started a new role after being laid off this summer. Grateful for a job and a very desirable industry, but annoyed that I didn’t have any leverage to negotiate, so my salary is much lower than before (and role isn’t great either). I want to switch internally but don’t know if I can wait a year. Can’t shake the feeling of wanting to get back to where I was but on the other hand feel slimy for continuing to interview and ashamed at the prospect of being a job hopper. Any advice?

Had an interview last week, recruiter may as well been a robot. The best part was her telling me all these great things about the growth of Salesforce the last few years. They did so well all new hires are now hourly employees! These blue chip companies are becoming a joke. Indeed is now doing the same thing…both claiming it’s better for when you work OVERTIME 😂

Is it worth going through an interview process for a small firm just because and to possibly leverage a higher offer to get more at your current firm? 30F. In the last 2 weeks I started working out again after months of being pretty sedentary. I may have gone too hard but after I completed an OTF class on Thursday, I started having sporadic stabbing chest pain in the middle of my chest. It comes and goes and is excruciating.
