My cousin is joining LTI MindTree as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in March, he has been assigned to Kalinga, Bhubaneswar for his training wherein they're providing campus accommodation.

Has anyone here gone through that? What should he expect from the programme, and will he be allowed to carry his personal laptop in the campus for miscellaneous/leisure activities?

I will be joining LTI as a PMO shortly. Had few questions, are they offering any asset like laptops, headphones etc. as they are still on hybrid model, if yes, will be handed over to the employees or owned by company itself. Also, what's the average hike an employee gets in a year.

HR called and informed that i have L2 round.. what they will ask in L2 round.. how to clear L2 round.. in first round they asked full basic concepts and configuration and now don't know what is the expectations in L2 round...
