The Conflict: My DOJ is set for May 7th, but my LWD at my current firm is May 8th. I've requested an LWD revision/extension from the Accenture HR, but they are completely non-responsive.
The Dilemma: I also have a competitive offer. The overall CTC is the same, but the structure is much better: 6-8% variable pay vs.
Accenture's 0-27% variable.
How do I get HR to respond to the DOJ/LWD,Is it too late to negotiate

In the last PDM town hall, they said they were going to lower utilization targets for those that work on projects with capped hours. For those people, have you seen your utilization target lowered? I haven’t seen shit change for me.
