Was anyone able to avail an extended work from home exception (like for a year) in India? If yes, kindly share your experience. I am the father of a newborn and trying to explore the maximum duration that I can be working from home this year.

I’m mid 30s F. Recently started seeing this guy, where he is “good enough”. Good conversations, decent time together, he has a good heart, but nothing about him shines. - not fit (I work out everyday and play sports), meh social skills (he doesn’t have best friends, just few he hangs out with), bit less energy than me.
There is a feeling in me that says “he’s going to be a comfortable life partner” and “he is just good enough, but if I break up I won’t find someone for a long time”
Do I stay?

I’m kind of stuck what to do. The principal at my school is very intimidating, confrontational, and not pleasant to work for. I love teaching but feel like I have to walk on egg shells around him.

I am getting 45k monthly and 10% tds is being deducted at source so after tds I would get 40,500 Rs. However, I am making my work done from someone else and paying him 30k. I am left with 15k each month. What should I do to save this unnecessary tax I paid? Please help.
