Hi everyone! I'm looking to emerge into the IT tech field and have recently completed the CompTIA A+ as well as Okta and Google certifications. I currently work in customer service and utilize a lot of tech and SaaS tools but other then training for the certifications I have very little experience as an IT administrator. I just landed an interview with a San Francisco based tech company as an IT engineer, and I'm looking for any interview advice and salary suggestions if I'm asked? Thanks!

I’m not from SF and moving across country, so any tips would be appreciated. Do people live right around there or do people commute into the city?
