What is the maximum fixed compensation for Rank 44 Consultant position. What is the fixed compensation range offered by EY in your experience. Will be helpful during my hr discussion.

Also do we have to complete 1 year with EY GDS to be eligible for hike. If I join in January 2022 will i be part of the appraisal cycle started from June 2021 to July 2022 on a prorated basis. Looking forward to your answers. Thanks

I revised my CTC from JPMC before joining. Now in 1-1 discussion my manager told very nice things about me but also told me that my CTC is already above market standards for my experience and tech stack. One of my friends works as a Director in Nagarro. She has been there for 7 years and has a CTC of 42 with total yoe 17. Per current trend this is low even though she is a constant top performer. She says that even though delivery people play a pivotal role, they are not paid well. In her team, she sees technical people earning 45-50 at 10-11 yoe. So the factor is 2.5 for delivery vs 4.5 to 5 for technical roles. Per her, this is quite common in Nagarro & she is not an outlier. ctd in comments

I have a question. I am a GDS employee wishing to relocate to another country as EY country “x” employee. The plan to relocate to country x was already in motion, if not EY then another org. The EY partner from country x is very interested in having me join their team but not sure about my GDS partner because they will be losing billing and may not like it. Is there a way I can approach this with my leaders? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
