I have completed the CIS form and shared the requested documents with HR. Career portal shows the status as "You are in the hiring team phase of our interview process. Last Modified 06/01/2026". And It's been 19 days I submitted the requested documents with HR over email (previous company offer letter and last 3 months' payslips as an alternative of hike/appraisal letter). But I have not received any HR calls for salary discussion. Please help. Whether I'll receive offer letter or not?
