Has anyone ever posted a general marketing position? We have an open position on our marketing team but we are unsure what type of position to offer. We have a wide variety of needs but don’t necessarily need to have this future person have all these skills. For example we need someone with great copywriting skills and also need someone who is great at digital marketing. This person doesn’t necessarily need to have both skills but if they did great, but if only one, great too.

Anyone had luck finding a good therapist who actually understands ADHD? Getting advice like "try taking a walk every day" and "practice these breathing exercises" is driving me crazy. I need actual solutions and shit, not just platitudes and internet worksheets.

ADHD medication with high Blood Pressure?

I found ADHD meds helpful when I worked in consulting in my 20s. I stopped the meds when I went back to school. Also have had High BP since late 20s. 15 years away, I am back in consulting and loving it, however my difficulties juggling so many projects/tasks is holding me back. I know I would benifit from some ADHD medication but my Dr won’t prescribe any with my history of BP (controlled with BP meds). Anyone else gone through this? Any tips?

Total experience is 6 years.

I am done with my client interview and it went well but they are asking me to come to gugaon location.
I am from Bangalore location.
I directly said to client that I can't since I have my family here.
When I inform this to my manager he is saying how come u say like this to client.according to kpmg policy u need to travel to anywhere to work.
This is not good right. What should be my reply to the client in such a case and how to handle manager on this?

EY GDS : Home location Kolkata + x lpa Fixed + 50k joining bonus + 70k variable pay for developer role

Are all big 4s in India the same? Moved from US to India and the work in one of the Big4s for consulting is so bad!! I returned back from Germany this year and now my current fixed CTC in India is 25 LPA and my in hand salary after deduction was 1.4 LPM, I was not sure what to opt in the Tax regime and selected new tax regime. Can someone shed some light how can I increase my in hand salary and reduce the tax. Also can I change my tax regime while filing Tax returns?
