Can I switch my role from Testing to Java Developer? I have knowledge of Java , will be learning springboot framework, also know Sql . But my YOE in Testing is 5 years . Is there still chances or how should I go ahead ??

I wanted to know how long does Course5i take to release an offer, I cleared all rounds last friday and was going to get an offer from HR early this week (by Monday evening or Tuesday) but didn’t get any offer till now.

I loved the role and I am still excited to join the organisation so mailed a follow up to the HR yesterday but did not get any response till now. I do not want to follow up for the next 1-2 days since I feel it would be too pushy from my end.

Anyone ever considered contractor gig in Meta/Facebook or any other big players in tech? I'm full-time in a smaller company and it's pretty stable. Wondering if the move could be worthwhile. Mostly want to explore other areas. Other things to consider: planning for babies in the next 3-5 years; maternity leave in current position is basically what's legally required.

The EY partner from country x is very interested in having me join their team but not sure about my GDS partner because they will be losing billing and may not like it. I recived mail from Deloitte USI HR requesting my last 3 months pay slips and filled CTC data sheet and Aadhar, PAN. Does this mean i got through or selected ? I didn't recieve any formal communication whether i am selected or not.

I just got promoted at A.con level and when my manager asked me salary expectations I told very less pay wherein as per industry standards it is quite high. Would I get salary as per industry standards or as what I expected?
