I have received offer letter from Infosys, and asked me to upload documents in Launch Pad . I could not able to login with registered mail id and tried forgot password also but no mail received to change password.

I have mailed against this issue to Launch pad team but no proper response.

Can anyone recently facing this same issue. Without login credentials could not able to upload documents?

Advice on networking? Especially if you don't have common interests... find it kind of hard being an Asian and not really interested in sports or watch Netflix!

How do you respond to a super close friend who says they're not making masks mandatory at their June wedding (about 150 guests) because they want to have fun. To be fair, most people are vaccinated but not everyone os going to be vaccinated. I haven't been to any large gatherings in pver a year and even though im vaccinated, i don't think this is safe. Is it common to negotiate software engineer salary at smaller companies? I know it’s common at FAANG, but what about for companies with around 200 engineers? I have a counter offer from my current company and on-site interviews scheduled for end of July with google and Amazon, but I’d prefer to go with the smaller local company if I can negotiate the salary (from offer letter) up another 5% or so.

First post, not sure if this is the best bowl to use but here goes. I’m wondering if anyone can share a bit about their experience working at MongoDB. I have seen they are hiring for many roles and am curious to hear about their experience. In particular, I would like to hear about software engineer roles.
