Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months.It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup.In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much.But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

Any openings for 1 year experienced data analyst in roche?
Avoid pharmaace at any cost. Dirty politics and cheap tricks to get money from your pockets specially in notice period. Even with hybrid working, they will ask you to be in office 100% just for notice period. If any day in last 1 year, you worked from home for an extra day beyond your quota, they will consider it as LOP in FnF settlement not in your monthly salary. Because letting you know in monthly salary would make you cautious and company would loose an option to take back your money for the days you actually worked for them..
leadership is doing these cheap gimmicks, not sure how they plan to survive in market in long run.
Their current employee strength is 500 but more than 2000 people have already left them.
Monotnous work, no strategic work comes to them, all good work goes to zs and axtria.
Appraisals are given in terms of bonuses with clause of 1-2 years
Joining bonus has a clause of 2 years
Just 30 leaves in a year including national and festival holidays whereas any other company gives 12 festival leaves and 25-30 sick/casual/earned leaves
No leave encashment
3 months standard notice period for all levels
Cheap policies will be know to you after you join
