And how should I justify for leaving.

Hello fishes - My below offers are in pipeline. Which one would be better in terms of Learning, WLB, job security, overall? Nagarro : 33 LPA (including 5% variable)
Wissen Technology (Morgan Stanley project): 34 Fixed
Tech: ReactJS
YOE: 6.5
My analysis: Nagarro giving WFH permanent but project allocation would be done after onboarding. So, not sure how the project would be in terms of learning and WLB
Wissen Technology: Project is fixed. But office is too far from my home - around 2 hrs.

In the probation phase, the notice period is not 90 days, it is 1 month.
why 1 month, isn't it loss to the company?
There is no rule of probation in LTI . You need to serve 90 Days
There are always 2 options:
1. Abscond (your call)
2. Check the NP in probation period (if it's of 2 weeks - 1 month, then serve the NP, If it's 2 months - 3 months, then option 1 is always available :p)
In LTI, notice period is of 90 days from day 1.
