Got an offer from Capgemini recently. But in the offer letter it is mentioned that I will be in probation period for the first 6 months and then based on my performance I will be confirmed or the probation period might extend up to 30 days. Is it something to worry about or is it common while switching? Please help. This is the first time I am switching company.

But I'll start a new job in 2 weeks where I'll be under taxable bracket.
