Curious what the base and commission structure is for inside sales and associate director of sales in biotech (also anyone else who wants to share pls put industry). Paid hourly or salary? At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I’m underpaid at $53000 with $3500 cap per quarter.

This time last year, I was making 70k without bonus potential. Tomorrow, I am putting in my notice and I will be making 110k with potential bonuses. Remember to take care of you.

IBM :- 11.7 LPA
Xoriant :- 15 LPA (Fixed)
I have asked for TCS and IBM for revised offer letter as per xoriant.

TCS said it's not possible because at the time of HR discussion I don't have any counter offer.

If I will not join TCS then is there any problem occurs in future like they will block list my profile?

I’ve always thought that I’m a decent human who cares about ppl I work with through my actions. got a reality check with only average response for LOOP where just 1 of many ppl that submitted cared to share detailed feedback.
