I have offer from a big 4 as well as Jade, Jade is providing almost twice the hike than the big4.
Is it worth to join Jade as they are providing good hike or stick to the big4 for brand value reasons?

Does where you get your masters degree matter? I’m in an online environmental science masters program at an expensive “name-brand” school, but have colleagues telling me I should transfer to a less expensive program to save $ because no one cares about where your degree is from. After graduating I am in home since 5 months , and today got a offer with 1.5 year bond 2.4 LPA package and java developer role in small bootstrap company of only 15 employees, not even giving laptop.
