I am currently a charge nurse and am in a “Pathway to Leadership Program” that will come with promotions into leadership/administration. I am concerned that going through the leadership ladder will lead to a lot of politics.

Hello All, I have got an Offer from PWC as an Associate in the Advisory line of service. The team is mentioned to be Forensics. Wanted to check how is the team and what are the WFH arrangements. Also what is the hierarchy. Additionally they have offered me 9.5 as Total Base pay however i had asked for 11 as base. Can you guys suggest if i should ask for more ?

I was depressed and wanted to leave my company but my manager assured that they will retry it again next year if not picked they would even try L1. I was concerned with my current CTC so he gave me a 32% hike just to retain me making my CTC as 13 LPA. My question here is is it worth waitng
