10 YOE, shitty 12.94 LPA current CTC.
Skillset: cloud data Engineer .

Start interviewing and got in EY-GDS with 20.5 LPA.
Then IBM and Lexmark with 22.5 LPA and 21LPA+ 2L JB , respectively.

Now Getting calls from so many including Accenture, Capgemini, LTI,HCL, ITC Infotech so on and so forth.Most of them are ready to pay till 26 LPA.

Really wanted to join EY GDS but they are not ready to pay more than 21LPA.

Is it worth considering EY GDS over others LTB wise?

What is the average promotion cycle in KPMG audit in the US for experienced M (recruited from outside to the US) to SM?
