My H1B is set to expire in Aug 2022, my employer is filing my extension, assuming I will get it till aug 2025 and I need to go to stamping.Parent is sick, needs to undergo a surgery. I want to go to India, to be with her during this time. My question here is if I go for visa stamping will I get stamping till Aug 2022 or aug 2025?
If I get stamping till Aug 2025, Can I come back before aug 2022 without any issue?
If I get stamping till Aug 2022, will there be any issues at port of entry

Just heard that my district will have classroom and live-recording learning. I’m thankful because I now can feed my family, my newborn and a recent-sponsored wife! I actually love it. I was a paralegal in BL during law school. Maybe I am use to the environment? What am I missing? Help me remove the rose colored glasses. The cases are interesting, pay is fantastic, offices are beautiful, and the research resources are a big reason why I never want to leave. Sure there are partners/senior associates that don’t respect you or your time. That happens everywhere and would mean you need to move firms or sections. What am I missing?
