After 3 years, the therapist disclosed that she’s in the program. I had wondered often about the source of her knowledge of the steps. Companies like Deloitte, futurebridge, pwc, ey research, etc are offering good packages. Some are offering work from home and some are asking to relocate.

Please don't hesitate to relocate. Interviews are annoying but trust me be positive. Don't choose convenience over carrier. It's high time and grab as much you can. Situations are already worsening elsewhere. Grab as much as you can before the wave hits india.
