I have offer from accenture for level 7 with 42 fixed and 32% variable while Infosys is offering principal consultant with same 42 fixed and 20% variable. Cognizant is matching the fixed along with 1.5 lakh variable for manager designation. Please guide which one should I join from growth and job security perspective alongwith other pros and cons.

I’m a first-time prospective lateral likely to get an offer shortly. I just received a lateral questionnaire that requests billable hours, rates, fees collected, etc. for the last three years. Forgive my ignorance but is this normal/standard? Do people actually answer these honestly? Hi guys, please help on what can we do in below situation:
I am working on project which located at Mumbai location and I dont want to work from office at Mumbai Location. I am fine to work at Pune location i.e base location of Tech M. I am already serving notice period and last 20 days remaining. I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.
