Hi guys! I had an interview last Saturday with the CEO for an EA role (that was the 3rd interview). The company rushed the process for me because they knew I had another offer. The first 2 interviews went extremely well that’s why they rushed & asked the ceo to interview me on a Sat. morning. Huge common point: The CEO and I are both French. The interview went kinda weird… it was less than 15min. Looked distracted/ not prepared. When I asked him questions he barely elaborated. Comments⬇️

I had salary discussion with HR in Tcs , and i expected 18.5 fixed from them. I’m having 5.5 yrs of experience.
They said my expectations are way beyond their boundaries and it might reject the candidature when it go for approval.
Wanted to know if this happens that the candidature itself would be rejected in HR round in TCS or is it just a negotiation done by HR to minimise my expectations?

I have approx 4 years of experience as ETL developer using DWH, SQL, informatica and Data Integration.

I got interviewed for Analyst programmer for Data quality, api and SQl role, can anyone help me in understanding more on it whether it is data realted job or software role.

I joined FIL on 08th August 2022 and hence was eligible for appraisal but even after a good feedback, I was told that there is no increment in salary as well as bonus because of "Too Soon To Decide" rating. And this is being followed not just in our team but in whole FIL. This is the first time I am hearing such kind of thing and didn't found any thing like this on "HR Hub".
