Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.
Can anyone help me to choose best company I am having 6 years of experience in front end development. Kindly guide me choose best one in below list

Used to work at Salesforce. That big old goose egg is why I left 😂
Wow, that’s surprising!
It was 25-30% above OTE...but with the current stock price it's more like 10% 😔

I would say that it’s roughly 15% of my pay at the moment not based on grant, but vest schedule. Salesforce treats RSUs like a signing bonus for employees mostly over level 7 (Lead SE). Refreshers are rare but normally given out to top 15% performers as an example. But if you are a level 7 and basically ran out of RSUs after 4 years and didn’t get refreshers, I feel like that’s a subtle sign to start looking for a new job… why stay when you can make more elsewhere?
