I'm joining EY next month for tech stack ODI, PL SQL. how flexible is it to change a skill set or project after 18 months in EY? I want to eventually move to the data engineering side. The exact same thing happened to me in my previous organisation.in this case you have to withdraw your eps fund.since you are working employees you cannot do it yourself. In that case, you have to reach KPMG and ask them to raise an eps withdrawal request on behalf of you directly to the epfo team.They will submit all the required documents self attested by you.Once this request is approved by the EPFO team, you will get your fund credited in your account.The whole process took me around 2months.

KPMG HR team will let you know about the documents. In my case I had to provide an error snapshot of the epf transfer request , cancelled cheque, epf passbook, adhar card and Pan card.all should be self attested.
