1. IBM - 22LPA (20fixed + 2VP + 1.5JB )
2. TCS - 25LPA (23.2fixed + 1.8VP)
3. Sony - 24fixed (3rd party payroll, dypro)

CCTC - 18.45( 17fixed + 1.5VP)
Tech stack - SAP Basis
Current company - Mercedes

Help me choose. I don’t want to stay as it doesn’t look good for long term once I resign.
Also I am planning for onsite opportunities so thinking of TCS. But need your honest opinion.

What is considered a “large” caseload in employment litigation? I work at a large L&E boutique law firm and handling about 14-15 active litigation cases in state/federal court or arbitration. Some of these matters are multi-plaintiff and multi-defendant cases, but none are class actions. This does not include any matters I am handling in the charge stage or in pre-litigation. Not sure if that’s a typical caseload or not?

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.

Btw, I have been interviewed for 6 rounds in Citrix and waiting to hear from them.

Might be off topic, but guys please, take care of your health. I've been rejected by all companies in the last 2 months.
I had my Walmart interview today and it went really well. And guess what? I got a rejection email.
I felt dizziness while working and fell down today.
I had to go to the doctor due to the anxiety and stress I was carrying since the last 2 months. It has affected my health.

It's important to push yourself to achieve your goals, but don't forget to "Live" in the process.
