I have 8.6 years exp on mainframe and current CTC is 30 fixed, working in a fiserv company. Recently I got an offer from wipro with 38 fixed+3 variable on B3 band. Wipro hr disclosed the account details and confirmed that project allocation from day 1 itself. Is good to switch from fiserv to wipro in this situation?

Is it possible for someone without a degree or tech experience to get a fully remote entry level SDR or BDR role? If so, how? My sister’s boyfriend was fairly successful at a call center a few years ago but has only worked low wage jobs since. Any steady job would be a step up.
