I have an offer from KGS for the role of Consultant. The HR said that performance bonus will be 20% of fixed but it is not mentioned in offer letter. The CTC doesn't have performance bonus added.

I raised this with HR and she said that performance bonus is not the part of offer but will be paid once a year.

Should I trust her?
KPMG people please provide input.

How is bench policy in mphasis. I have heard that if you are more than one month on bench, you will not get salary till you are not assigned with any project. Is it true.

Capgemini - Associate Consultant

Capgemini has verbally promised me 9 LPA but the offer is yet to be released.
Deloitte India has not yet communicated any offer, neither verbal nor formal.

I am more inclined towards joining Deloitte India as it is a bigger position than Capgemini.

Am I on the right track?

I have received an offer from KPMG Global Services, HR said there will be 10-20% yearly bonus apart from fixed CTC. But % numbers are not mentioned in the offer letter, Just they mentioned it as " You will be eligible for Performance bonus as per the company policy".

When I checked with HR for bonus % is not mentioned in the offer letter, she said... its not mentioned for everyone. 10-20% is common across all employees.

Is this okay ? OR anyone have their bonus % in the offer
