I am confused in between choosing my next employer , Please suggest which could be the better organization to join. I am an SAP functional consultant with around 4.5 yrs of Exp. I have two offers with the same salary compensation i.e -15LPA - 1 IBM with 7A job band and 2. Bosch global software technologies Pvt ltd. formerly known as RBEI with job level 51 in SX/BSV-ES department. Both job Locations are also the same. I am certified in S/4 HANA and have exp in S/4 HANA implementation.

For those of you who left big 4 for industry - I’m seeing a lot of people saying they got 30% + raises when leaving. How did you find these jobs willing to pay that much more? Looking to leave at the M1 level and having trouble finding anything with much more than a 10-15% increase in base comp. from my current salary. Would it be dumb to leave for that low of a percentage increase? Some are offering equity in addition to the base comp. but hard to put a specific value to that now.

Currently at 10 yoe, 169k base and up to 40k annual bonus depending on performance. Recruiter initially indicated 165k was max for my geo location (remote role). How should I counter?

I met up with some of the people I work with earlier this week. I’m a POC - black. These mostly non POC did not include me in conversations going on on the table and hardly ever looked me in the eye. It was my first time meeting most of them and it was quite disheartening to see it unfold. Hello! Any CST/CSFAs on here? I'm curious about your salary and location! My small community hospital was recently bought by a very large hospital system. They gave large raises to 95% of our employees across all specialties (some called what they got "life changing") but our group was overlooked or disregarded with no explanation! I file “claim A.” There’s a lien or assignment for portion of settlement proceeds of “claim A.” Then claim B” by other Atty over debt at issue by the lien holder, naming my client as a defendant. I’m not involved in “claim B” but that case deals with a lien/assignment related to my case “claim A”. The question is: When trying to settle a case - can I talk directly to the lien holder (they have a lien in my case) or is that unethical (b/c they’re represented by Atty)
