I have around 9 yrs experience in same company and was working in IT Ops dealing with cots products. Sometime back, I reskilled in ServiceNow and working in related project.

However, the project guidance is not good and working for long hours. I'm thinking of putting papers and look for opportunities. I've CSA and CAD certifications and ITIL process knowledge from Ops

Is it manageable with limited experience? Are there any other roles. Please share your thoughts. Thanks in advance.
