I have a lot of mindless closing binder assembly today so I’ve been watching Restrepo and Korengal in the background. It.... really puts things in perspective. I feel like such a baby for complaining about long hours or stressing over emails.

Do you think using “him/her” for “he/she” (ex: “her is playing” “him not here yet”) is something that kids usually grow out of? Or does it need direct intervention? I have 2 students who exhibit this error, who otherwise should be dismissed. I am not ready for team leader's role now . So my question is about HR area, where could I find a job with my only Russian experience? HR generalist, C&B analyst, HR BP, recruiter?
