If you are starting as an Audit Associate some time from now with Deloitte or any of the big 4, do they expect you to have passed/completed all 4 parts by the time you start? Received the Becker Reimbursement email from the recruiter not too long ago but have yet to start. I’ve seen plenty of people get to Senior at a big 4 firm without the CPA so I am a bit confused in that aspect. Any helpful feedback will be very much appreciated.

I STILL want norms on this phenomenon.
When I was in kindergarten my best friend did this him/her thing. It perplexed and frustrated me even then. I asked her “Why do you say that? It’s wrong! That’s not how you say it!” She just told me “I like the word Her better” I was a grammar nazi at 5 years old 😝
Hard to say without knowing more about age and language background of the student.
Both are kindergarteners (one boy and one girl) the girl has a history of language disorder and articulation disorder, but talks quite a lot now - in full (otherwise) grammatically correct sentences. The boy only has a history of articulation delay, which has resolved entirely (including R and TH). I haven’t had them long, but they both are intelligible and loquacious. I don’t want to keep them on the caseload only for this error. I’m going to be testing the girl for language and artic, so we will see how that turns out!
I just want to know how common is that him/her preference? I wish I had norms for it!
It sounds like you answered your question. It is a delay, but how much of an impact does it have on their education (what I am asked to consider in WI)? Does it impact them socially or impede communication? What do the families and teacher think? Do they understand the correct pronouns and you are working on carryover? Is this something the teacher can continue? Good idea to look at grammar more in the eval. Best to you. Sounds like you are considering the best needs for all.
I have to test her in order to dismiss her. She has some academic goals, but the SPED teacher doesn’t see any academic needs either. She was only first tested last year! She’s only like 9 months in on her first IEP. Was the testing that bad? Did they calculate the scores wrong? Her IEP had her working on /p, b, m/ and putting 2 words together. She is nothing like how she was described. Gah!
