I have been recently interviewed at Infosys for ReactJS developer role( Senior System Engineer) and I have a total experience of 2.5 years. The salary Infosys has offered me is 7.25 LPA without any variable pay and one time joining bonus of 75k. I tried pretty hard negotiating with the HR but they were pretty adamant on this package breakup only.
I just want to verify with other fishes , if this salary aligns with the trend at Infosys.

I am a project engineer in the heavy civil field with a company in the top 15-20 in the US. I’m about to hit my my 2 year mark with the company and have my eoy review next week. We average 50hours a week for most of the year and worked 60+hours through the summer and fall working essentially every Saturday. I’ve been running into weird happenings at my new firm learn of everything “I misunderstood” about my package. I don’t actually qualify for quarterly bonuses at a pro-rated billing rate; no 401ks till year 2; and the biggest—we don’t qualify for a raise unless we are here during the entire fiscal year. We have a 2100 billable req which I’m barely hitting. We also get paid below 6 figures. I learned that the new associates came is at least $10k over us. I graduated 2020–but 1st firm job. Advice?
