I am a project engineer in the heavy civil field with a company in the top 15-20 in the US. I’m about to hit my my 2 year mark with the company and have my eoy review next week. We average 50hours a week for most of the year and worked 60+hours through the summer and fall working essentially every Saturday. For base salary what would be a good raise for 2022 with inflation & work load?

Need advice. Top performer. Team members have been leaving and I have a stupid amount of responsibilities. I’m not complaining about that but some were very swiftly transitioned while I was dealing with other work streams. TLDR: I am super burnt out and am one of two people who does any technical work. Curious what the base and commission structure is for inside sales and associate director of sales in biotech (also anyone else who wants to share pls put industry). Paid hourly or salary? At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I’m underpaid at $53000 with $3500 cap per quarter.
