2. Capgemini - 11 Fixed Pay (1 lakh joining bonus)
3. Deloitte India - 10 + 10 %variable pay (50k joining bonus)

Please do suggest the best option in terms of career growth, compensation hikes, Brand value, quality of projects and Wlb.

I think I am slipping into depression. My life seems to have no meaning and all I do is work. I don't get time for myself or my family, friends and loved ones. But I can't leave my job and take a break as I need the financial support.

I also feel I am earning way less than my peers which makes me feel like a loser. 4.5 years of work-ex and 16LPA.
