Hi fishes, I have completed 2 rounds of interviews on Deloitte USI positively, on 18th July I got pre hire email on updates section of gmail and on 20th July I received email for rejection saying that skill set is mismatch.

However I haven’t filled pre hire-form as I didn’t find email but in that email clearly mentioned that this link will be valid for next 30 days.

What could be the reason? What should I do in this case?

I feel like for the first time in a long time, I just bombed my first interview.

How long does HCL take to release the offer?

I have taken the interview on 27th July 2022 and next day I got an update that I am selected and I will be connected by HR for further proceedings.

With all details I have shared, I have been told that the approvals are pending and the offer will get released soon.

Now, they have mentioned it will be released next week.

I’ve been depressed for years now and this past week I lost a dog I’ve had for 15 years; he was one of the only bright spots in my life and I’ve just found it so hard to focus or motivate myself on anything after this. I had a quick question

Had a call with audit leaders last week and were told that they haven't finalized the office building and they will get possession of the new building in Pune only by Jan 2023.

Currently they just have the ITS with the seating capacity of 30 people.

Now for audit they want us to go to office 2 days every week. How are we supposed to do that when they don't even have an office? But they are still adamant to get us back to office location by June 1.
