Hi fishes, I have completed a year in Angel Fund and now wish to move forward to grow and learn.

I see 2 options:
1. Join an incubation and help startups on the ground level. Will have great opportunities to learn, work, build and network. Avg is 8-10 LPA
2. Join a consulting firm. Now the networking part will be different here as in the startup ecosystem I meet a variety of people through events and connects. Though learning will be immense. Avg is 12-15 LPA.

What's your POV on this?

8+ yoe,Project mgmt Domain - I have been working on different roles in PM domain ( Pm, PMO, Business mgmt etc) and recently switched to Scrum master. I dont really feel comfortable in this role - the team is on its 40th sprint and they know all what to do,i on the other hand feel demotivated since there is not a lot to in the entire day - i want to work and learn and i am not sure if the role is such or there is some problem w me? I want to move out but i m all confused what to do now

I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.

I reverted asking them to provide 40% hike on my cctc or 20% hike on fixed cctc and wfh option.
It's been six days no reply from HR.

Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role

I’ve been struggling with finding the right antidepressant. I started a few months ago but had really bad side effects and stopped (headaches, lethargy, nausea, inability to concentrate).
