I have given first level interviews in Reliance and Deloitte, both went good.
Surprisingly its been one month but i haven't received any mail or feedback from both.
Is it normal or should i take a follow up?

How is EY-Parthenon perceived for life science / pharma work? My understanding is that they do primarily due diligence work, but do people from there have good exits into pharma?

How long after interview did you hear if it was a no or a go?

After two tech round received email for documents. HR said that she will discuss regarding my expected offer with the team after receiving documents from my side which I sent yesterday.
Today evening I got technical interview assigned mail with meeting invitation for today afternoon itself. It is very confusing to me.

Are they trying to take my one more round of interview? I was hoping to get offer after sending documents.

Last year when Covid broke, I received a couple of interview calls but ignored them as I felt the organization kept me at work when other companies cut short their HR staff so I should be with them even if with no appraisal. Infosys is not providing me my relieving letter as I left the company during probation. I worked almost for 8 months, served my notice period, return the joining bonus. I have received full and final settlement. HR is directly denying to provide my relieving letter. She said it comes under abandonment. Please suggest. I have mailed multiple times but not getting any response.
