I will be joining IBM next week in Bangalore ( physical onboarding ) and my hometown is in West bengal , My father is having health problems , mother won't be able to handle everything and no such person we can rely on . Also I am getting married in January . Hence If i stay in Bangalore there will be no one to take responsibility for my marriage prep also . What is the onboarding process for KGS. i have my joining next week on 31st October but haven't received any mails related to the onboarding.

I have received an offer from KPMG Global Services, HR said there will be 10-20% yearly bonus apart from fixed CTC. But % numbers are not mentioned in the offer letter, Just they mentioned it as " You will be eligible for Performance bonus as per the company policy".

When I checked with HR for bonus % is not mentioned in the offer letter, she said... its not mentioned for everyone. 10-20% is common across all employees.

Is this okay ? OR anyone have their bonus % in the offer

About to join KGS in a month or so in Deal Advisory Strategy team as a Consultant, wanted to know if the role is a front end (client facing) role or is it a backend role?

Also, wanted to give a check on the work culture and senior management team!!

Please help in making an informative decision.
