I have offer from other company, currently on bench in Virtusa since Dec 13th, I’m tier 4. Will the Give early release?

Firstly ask for early release, they may consider as you're in bench,
Or ask your new company if they can provide buy out amount and discuss same with virtusa too.

I attended an interview at Virtusa. The panel told me that they would share the result in 2 days, but it has already been 4 days and I still haven't received any update. The interview went smoothly. I tried calling and sending an email, but there was no response. Now I don't know

what to do.

Graduating with PhD in comp neuro next year. I just did a week long internship at MBB to check out consulting, which I loved but ultimately will not be accepting my offer for life considerations (my wife also works at MBB and we have young children). It was amazing getting a sense of what the work actually comprises.

Are there any similar day-long or week-long internship programs for data science? Would love to test it out for a little bit to see what I like/dislike.

I interviewed for a role with the Enterprise Risk Team at EY. I told them my salary requirements were $105 k before the interview. They said it should be ok if I'm brought in as a Senior 1. After the interview, they said they want to bring me in as a Staff2 at $84k with $3k signing bonus. I'm trying to get on a call to negotiate further...do these numbers sound right to you all?

Anyone else extremely disappointed in the raises they’re giving us after the results of the CPA? My hardline informed me today and I instinctively went to LinkedIn to look at new jobs.

These numbers aren’t sustainable, especially with the amount they’re paying poachees from other orgs and what I’ve seen from other companies.

In the offer letter the "Provident Fund" And "gratuity" Is mentioned. In the salary calculation in hand, we will not consider these amounts right? As these components are received when someone retires..right? .. Please confirm.
