I have recently got an offer from KPMG for 15 LPA for TE-SAP but a week back I had joined Syniti with 12.5 LPA fixed offer. Can you please suggest what should I do? Is there a way I can leave the org and join KPMG as nothing is mentioned about notice period or probation period in Offer letter of Syniti or should I bear the loss and stay in Syniti on grounds of professionalism?
Also KPMG HR told there is a fixed variable pay of 12% is that true or it has any range ?

How is slaloms interview process for a solution owner?

Is wfh available in coforge? The office in GNIDA is very very far. Is it safe to travel by own car? If by cab are these small cars or typical suvs with 6-7 drops?
