i interviewed at Salesforce India for the TSE role a week back. I cleared all the rounds (OA + Tech round + HR round + Versant english test round). Post these, i got a call after 2 days from the HR, they mentioned that i have been selected, and i got the salary break-up email the same day in few hours, i acknowledged it and sent it back to the HR. After that, it has been 3-4 days, my final offer letter hasnt been released yet. How much longer for that to come? Salesforce

What are some red flags you've noticed in the hiring process? I've finally landed an interview after weeks of applying. I think it went well on my end, but something about the managers I spoke with just feels...off.

I am currently working in BPO with a sal of 4.5LPA with 5 YOE. Ive been learning to be a Full Stack Data Scientist, still left with 6 months. Now is it advisable for me to get a new job which'll give me hike of 20-30% taking it to 5.5-6LPA then after that look for technical profile after 6 months which'll give me hike on 5.5-6 instead of 4.5 LPA which i currently got.
