I have established many connections with current consultant at MBB through campus networking events. Some of them are really nice some and some are ok.

How far in the networking (specifically what stage, did calls? Chatted 5+ rounds?) should I ask if they would like to give me a referral?

Got an 8-month contract offer for an APM role @ $45/hr.

Its heading in the direction of the type of work I want to do than where I'm currently at and taking it would put me at a total of 17 months of product experience. They also claim possible extensions and full time conversion.

How likely is one to succeed at using a competing job offer to negotiate a raise at your own company? I’m happy at my current company aside from compensation, and don’t want to leave. But I wonder whether getting a better offer and trying to negotiate better pay in the current role is a losing proposition, because even if it is accepted, it may sour the current company on me, and put a target on my back in case people need to be let go. I also know I’m not indispensable to my company.

I received a proposal for a Senior Analog Designer role from Bosch in the same city where I am currently working.
Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?
