Hi Fishes, I recently got an offer letter and joining date from Accenture, i am already in my notice period my last working date is 22 May, I heard from someone Accenture is releasing fake offer letters. Is this true.

My sibling (from India) applied for Canadian Visa for study permit (2 years) and it was rejected stating the reason "the IRCC agent was not satisfied that the applicant would leave Canada at the end of their stay.
The intake was in Jan 2023.

Should we apply again? Has anyone ever experienced this and would appreciate if they can guide me? I'm really worried and emotionally tormented. Need urgent help.
