I work at a procurement consulting firm and i have 1 YOE as a senior analyst. To get into Bain & Company in a Associate Consultant position. What is the Ideal YOE expected to have for a better chance of acceptance.

My close friend works for the mayor of my mask mandate city. We are both libs. I think the mandate was once good, is silly now. She just blew up at me when I asked for data to support their position. All I got was “I’m tired let’s talk tomorrow.” I’m disappointed she could not engage and support her opinion.
