If i were you i wouldn't choose the one with only 60 employees.
Definitely MNC one
@pwc1 ...it's not wrong to have fixed 1800 pf...Google it , you will know
Who ever is suggesting a startup, because 60 employees is a start up only, please don't go to startup. There will be very less job security and you will be severely micromanaged.
Also cash flow is a major bummer for start up.. so sometimes if rough patches come, you will face the issue and more uncertainty
Having said that, there's a growth potential in startups. So... It's like investing in bonds vs stocks.
Check work/project details from company. Choose which will enhance your skills in long run. Also if you haven't worked in MNC previous then go for MNC to understand work culture, also it will open doors for another MNC for you in future.
But yea go with MNC offer at this time ...company with 60 employees may be risky

Go for mnc
In the 2nd offer PF component is less and gross is more. I am not sure about this but this but it should be 12% , how they have allocated 1800 only, that is the minimum. The 2nd offer has some daal me kaala. They are showing less pf and more gross. PF should be 12% of basic. The MNC offer is correct.
The second offer is also correct. The companies have the option of 1800 or 12% of basic. In my old company we had the option to choose between the two.
If CTC is same then mnc . If CTC of small company is very very good then go with smal company.
Mnc
Go for MNC in this tough time
Mnc, a small company is risky in such conditions.
Go for MNC, I would have gone for MNC
If you previously worked in a small company then join an MNC. It will be a good exposure for you.
Small organisation with 60 employees is risky in current situation. Better to go with MNC.
There’s a difference in your Employer PF. One company is giving minimum amount which results in higher in hand income while the other is giving 12% of your basic to your pf, which acc. To me is better
MNC at this point
2nd offer
I have 4.5 years experience in dotnet technologies.
CCTV: 12LPA all fixed in Kochi
