Im having a 2.5+ years of experience in TCS and received an offer from Infosys for Associate Consultant with package of 10.7 LPA (9.5LPA fixed. 1.2LPA variable + 1L joining bonus ) .
So can anyone tell me, is there any chance to maximize the INFOSYS offer in case if I have any counter offer with more compensation.
please note : joining date in INFOSYS is Jan 10 2022.

I returned back from Germany this year and now my current fixed CTC in India is 25 LPA and my in hand salary after deduction was 1.4 LPM, I was not sure what to opt in the Tax regime and selected new tax regime. Can someone shed some light how can I increase my in hand salary and reduce the tax. Also can I change my tax regime while filing Tax returns?

I have got an offer of CTC 23.25LPA +JB +RSU in Blore. And I have also got an international offer of CTC € 70000 + relocation sponsorship in a mid sized firm in Vienna, Austria.

My wife works with a CTC of 15LPA in Blore.

I am in dilemma about the option that is most suitable for me as my wife would have to quit her current job and relocate and then find another job. Is it a profitable deal to relocate to Austria?
