I am currently working as an entry level claims adjuster. I am just about done with onboarding and I am interested in growing and earning more. I’m relatively young (30) and I want to make a good career for myself. My current salary is 50K and I am curious what growth is available financially. I work with great people. Really can’t say anything bad about my firm in general either. But…I still dislike the entire premise of law firm life, the billable hour, etc.. Hi in TCS, i know the client doesn't have billing as they recently shuffled a more experienced resource with a less experienced resource saying it was due to low billing. But they are saying they will give me long term onsite? Even clients wants me there but there is a routine that client will offer three months onsite for all employees in that project. Apart from that I don't think there is long term opportunity, do you think tcs can negotiate with client for one onsite position? In NP now

Scenario - received an offer that is pretty good salary and small but reasonable amount of stock. I am contemplating responding with two options for a counter, one which increases base and one which increases equity. Is it weird to present options like that? Any tips?

Hello Everyone! Had a discussion yesterday regarding “claw backs” being included in a policy for sponsorship if the new employee leaves before 3 years. It was a declining percentage over a three year period. My POV was that it wasn’t something I’ve ever done and didn’t seem like they were sure of the hire they were making.
