If I had to guess, it's something like $170k-$220k base. Can confirm 20% bonus target (if you haven't been through an AIP cycle yet, don't get your hopes up about actually getting bonuses fully funded). I believe that stock awards are part of the equation for Ps, though it may just be ESPP (this is based on what recruiting told me in my initial negotiations 3 years ago). Some may be on a sales comp plan.
Depending on where you sit and what type of P you are, TC is likely low-2s to low-3s. If you get promoted up to the role, it's going to be on the lower end than if you're an external hire.
Point of reference - my base went up by around $9k, from $128 to $137, with my promo to EM. 15% bonus target instead of 10% is nice, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to need a top rating to even sniff the $20k I'm targeting. External hires into the EM role in my group basically all started at $150k; one started at $180k since she had 25yoe in industry.
I was hired into tech solutions; my group recently moved to commercial solutions
Any insights into the comp for a P in EU commercial tech solutions?
In core consulting, my guess is TC of $200K+
Comp in strategy consulting is much higher
