Hi Fishes, I am really interested in product management and want to switch my role from risk analyst in a product owner/product manager role.
How difficult it is to do in amex? Its been half a year since I joined amex and I am planning to talk to manager after completing one year.

So, I've realised there's a problem with developers, a lot of them are coders, not engineers. And another issue, is that, companies don't really care about their progression as far as I'm aware, so what did you guys do in your own time to transition from being a coder to an engineer?

Hi yesterday my hr round completed in tcs but in ibegin tcs portal job got expired May i know whether I got selected or rejected

Joined tcs around 1 month back and submitted all the joining related documents but still didn't received my employee Id.upon checking with hr i am getting information that there is technical glitch due to which employee Id is not getting generated. Is one else facing this issue ? What can be done in this situation ?

Ibegin is not accessible …seems the site is in maintenance, any one facing issue right now ?

Hi Fishes, DONE MY HR ROUND AND SALARY DISCUSSION it's been 15 day's. After so many followup today got the below reply from TCS HR. ✓Your profile is still under consideration. However I still have not received confirmation on your salary yet. This will take some time. Will respond back to you as and when there is an update pls. Ibegin status -Evaluation is in progress. I had Technical and Managerial discussion with TCS on 2 sept. I was told I will get HR call.Then on 11th sept i got onboarding email to submit documents and the next day all the documents got verified but since then I didn't get any update and it has been more than two weeks.Ibegin portal shows evaluation in progress. Any idea if they will be sending an offer?
