My previous employer has given feedback in my background verification that my service letter is tempered so I reissued the service letter again from them and passed it to my hiring hr in cba. Now hr from cba has sent me a mail that your background verification has failed as we got feedback that your service letter is tempered. And it's not tempered it came from their domain's email. What kind of game this hr is playing i don't know. Has someone else also got played like this?

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?
