Now I want to level up in my career but do not want to do consulting or BA role.

Hence, I am looking for options to upgrade myself with a course. Options vary from IIM to ISB to upgrad etc.

Can someone please guide me how to build myself as a product manager.. Course would help me put a foot in the door atleast.

Good evening Everyone, I have been a PSR for 10 years with the same company, but worked for 5 different practices. Was looking to move up in our company but from what I’m understanding, we have to have a degree in management. How would I go about trying to move up in and out of my position without a degree?

Senior attorneys at v100, how common is it for attorneys who start at small firms to lateral to biglaw? Have you worked with any? Conventional wisdom is always that if you don’t start there it’s hard to “trade up”. My coworker and I just did it to two different great v30 firms, and I’m wondering if it’s really that uncommon? Just out of curiosity. We’re not special counsel with special niche skills or anything, just associates. Pitfalls to beware? Positives?

Do the other Big 4 firms have busy season contracting for audit? Part time or full time? And if so what are the name of these programs?
