hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.

I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing. Growing up was rough. On my 8th birthday my dad had an accident that led to this death a few days later. He was a good man who took care of us all (I had 3 siblings now 2; lost 1 few years ago). Firstly I have got an offer from Capgemini.
Then I had interview with mindtree and got selected. They haven't released my offer letter at.
So I asked Capgemini to revise my CTC based on Mindtree offer even I didn't received offer letter from Mindtree and they told they need offer letter inorder to revise.
So guys what can I do in this situation. My last working day also few days away.
What if Capgemini won't revise my CTC.
And I am thinking CG offering me less.

I got selected for Kroll but facing some challenges regarding salary, I have gone through 3 rounds of interview 2 Technical and 1 MD round, Yesterday HR has sent me a mail to send the salary slip and salary expectation, So I have shared my salary slip and asked for 13L package,

My current package is 6L and HR telling me that they won't be able to give 100% hike and they are offering 10L so please suggest can I accept the offer or I should wait please.
